Tuesday 17th August

FINALLY finished unpacking, as usual one thing went missing, bizarre! It was my DVD of ‘Toy Story 2’ which I never actually played at our gite ‘cos there was loads to do. Couldn’t find it ANYWHERE but then Dad found it, it had slipped down under the front seat in Wilhelmina, mystery!

Ah… remember now… got it out on a loooong bit of the drive in France (which is HUGE) and was getting bored, was going to play it on the laptop but then we stopped for lunch and I forgot all about it. So much stuff inside the car couldn’t see it. Mystery solved!

Anyway our ferry ship! It was called Bretagne (you should always put ship names in italics like that, Fred told me) and she (ships are always she) was really big. We had a cabin we could use so we could sleep and it would be nicer if it got rough but it didn’t. Really nice!
